Job Summary

Calida Rehab seeks compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurses to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in our psychiatric hospital and de-addiction rehabilitation centers. The ideal candidate will support patients in their recovery journey, administer medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement individualized care plans in a supportive therapeutic environment. Positions available at both Pune and Karjat centers.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, conducting patient assessments, and administering medications

· Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team

· Document patient history, including previous mental health issues, current medications, and any co-existing medical conditions

· Support patients in daily activities and therapeutic interventions

· Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation

· Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for all patients

· Participate in treatment team meetings and contribute to care discussions

· Educate patients and families about treatment plans and recovery processes

· Monitor patient progress and report any changes in condition to the medical team

· Maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

· Assist in emergency situations and provide crisis intervention support

· Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, counsellors, and other healthcare professionals

Qualifications and Experience

· Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSc Nursing) OR GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery) OR ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife) (Mandatory)

· Valid Maharashtra State Nursing Registration Certificate (MNC) (Required)

· Minimum 1 year of psychiatric or mental health nursing experience (Preferred)

· Knowledge of psychiatric medications and patient management

· Experience in a rehabilitation or healthcare facility setting preferred

· Understanding of de-addiction and mental health care principles preferred

Language Preference: Hindi proficiency preferred

Expected Start Date: Immediate or as per mutual agreement

Work Location: In-person, On-site (Residential) at either Pune or Karjat facility
