स्टाफ नर्स

We are looking for a Staff Nurse / OT Nurse to join our team at SAHAYOG HOSPITAL to provide quality healthcare services to patients. The day-to-day tasks involve monitoring patient conditions, administering treatments, and assisting doctors in medical procedures. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25000 - ₹35000.

Key Responsibilities:

● Assisting surgeons, interventional radiologists, and nurse practitioners during procedures

● Preparing the operating room table, tools, and equipment prior to surgery

● Ensuring sterility and safety is maintained before, during, and after the procedure

● Providing emotional support to patients and their family members throughout their hospitalization

● Collaborating with the circulating nurse in monitoring vitals, assessing skin integrity, and communicating with family members throughout the perioperative period

● Documenting surgical details in the patient’s electronic health record (EHR)

● Performing postoperative needle, sponge, and instrument counts

• Identify patients’ care requirements and assess their health conditions.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Maintain patient’s records and reports.

• Educate patients and families on healthcare plans.

• Ensure hygiene, safety, and infection control standards.

• Prepare patients for examination and perform routine diagnosis checks like monitoring pulse, blood pressure, etc.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 3 years of experience. Problem-solving skills, the ability to multitask, compassionate and good communication skills are a must. Additional certification in relevant fields is a plus.
