We are looking for a OT Nurse to join our team at Sahayog Hospital an Entity of Ramade Memorial Hospitals Private Limited to provide quality healthcare services to patients. The day-to-day tasks involve monitoring patient conditions, administering treatments, and assisting doctors in medical procedures. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18,000 - ₹30,000.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify patients’ care requirements and assess their health conditions.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Maintain patient’s records and reports.
Educate patients and families on healthcare plans.
Ensure hygiene, safety, and infection control standards.
Prepare patients for examination and perform routine diagnosis checks like monitoring pulse, blood pressure, etc.
Assist surgeons during procedures (scrub or circulating role)
Maintain a sterile field throughout the operation
Pass instruments, sutures, and supplies to the surgical team
Monitor patient condition and surgical environment
Count instruments, needles, and sponges to prevent retained items
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6 months - 2 years of experience. Problem-solving skills, the ability to multitask, compassionate and good communication skills are a must. Additional certification in relevant fields is a plus.
