We are looking for a Staff Nurse to join our team at Karthavya Healtheon Private Limited to provide quality healthcare services to patients. The day-to-day tasks involve monitoring patient conditions, administering treatments, and assisting doctors in medical procedures. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹25000.

Role & Responsibility:

1. Provide first aid and immediate medical assistance to employees during workplace incidents or emergencies.

2. Work in close coordination with the Factory Medical Officer to ensure smooth functioning of the Occupational Health Center (OHC)

3. Conduct and assist with medical examinations

4. Maintain proper documentation and follow-up for all medical examinations.

5. Be prepared to respond to medical emergencies on the shop floor at any time.

6. Perform monthly inventory checks of medical supplies and medicines.

7. Submit a monthly report on medical inventory and usage.

8. Be available on-call during off-hours for emergencies

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 0 - 1 years of experience. Problem-solving skills, the ability to multitask, compassionate and good communication skills are a must. Additional certification in relevant fields is a plus.
