Shift: 8-Hour Rotational Shift

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Male Staff Nurse to provide high-quality patient care and support clinical operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong nursing knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a patient-centered approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, monitor, and record patients' vital signs and medical conditions.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

• Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergencies.

• Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.

• Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care.

• Ensure infection control practices and patient safety standards are followed.

• Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and healthcare practices.

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams for effective patient care.

• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide basic life support when required.

• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of nursing stations and medical equipment.

Requirements

• B.Sc Nursing or Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery (DGNM/GNM).

• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.

• Valid nursing registration certificate preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts.

• Strong commitment to patient care and professional ethics.

• Basic clinical and patient care knowledge.

• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
