Job Summary:

We are looking for dedicated and skilled Aesthetics Nurses (both freshers and experienced) to support dermatology and cosmetic procedures. The role involves patient care, assisting doctors, performing aesthetic treatments, and ensuring safety and hygiene protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

For Fresher Candidates:

• Assist dermatologists and cosmetologists during procedures

• Support in preparing treatment rooms (setup, sterilization, consumables)

• Follow clinic hygiene, sterilization, and safety protocols

• Learn and assist in treatments like peels, facials, basic laser support (after training)

• Monitor patients before and after procedures

• Maintain treatment records and documentation properly

• Provide patient education on post-care instructions

• Ensure proper handling of client belongings

For Experienced Candidates:

• Independently perform aesthetic treatments such as:

  • Chemical peels

  • Laser hair reduction

  • Carbon facial

  • Skin polishing

  • Microdermabrasion

  • Hydrafacial

• Assist doctors with injectables (Botox, fillers, PRP)

• Maintain consumables stock and report shortages

• Guide and train junior staff/nurses

• Handle patients professionally and manage procedure flow

• Maintain strict patient confidentiality

• Ensure proper sterilization of equipment and instruments

Qualifications:

• GNM / B.Sc Nursing / Diploma in Nursing

• Fresher or 1–3 years experience in dermatology or cosmetology

• Strong interest in aesthetics and cosmetic treatments

• Good communication and patient-handling skills

• Willingness to undergo in-house clinical training

Skills Required:

• Patient-friendly communication

• Confidence and professionalism

• Knowledge of skincare and cosmetic procedures (added advantage)

• Attention to detail and hygiene

• Ability to follow instructions and work with doctors
