Job Description:

Dr.Aravind's IVF is inviting applications from qualified and caring Staff Nurses to join our team in Coimbatore. This is a great opportunity for freshers or nurses with up to 3 years of experience to grow their careers in a modern fertility care environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist doctors during OP procedures, consultations, and IVF treatments.

• Provide nursing care and support to patients with compassion and professionalism.

• Monitor patient health, administer medications, and manage records accurately.

• Prepare patients for treatment and explain procedures as needed.

• Follow infection control and hygiene protocols strictly.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper sterilization of equipment and workspaces.

Work Schedule:

• Weekdays: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Sundays: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• Monthly Offs: 3 to 4 days

Requirements:

• GNM or B.Sc. Nursing degree (registered with Nursing Council)

• 0 to 3 years of clinical or hospital experience

• Good communication skills and patient-handling ability

• Willingness to learn and work in the field of IVF and women’s healthcare

• Team player with a caring attitude
