Background in Medical Social Work (MSW) / Healthcare Management preferred
Experience
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in:
Healthcare / hospital operations / public health programs
Experience in:
Data monitoring / reporting / EHR systems preferred
Basic computer knowledge:
MS Office, Excel, Google Sheets, dashboards
Role Summary
The Command Center Executive will be responsible for monitoring healthcare data, coordinating with field teams, and ensuring accurate reporting for screening and healthcare programs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Daily Operations Monitoring
Track daily testing and screening data
Ensure data accuracy and real-time updates
2. Data Compilation & Reporting
Prepare daily and monthly reports
Maintain dashboards and databases
3. Coordination with Field Teams
Follow up with field teams on high-risk cases
Ensure timely updates from ground teams
4. System Support & Analysis
Identify data gaps and resolve issues
Support data validation and basic analysis
Coordinate with technical teams for system issues
5. Program Support
Assist in planning outreach activities
Support review meetings and reporting
Skills & Competencies
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Good communication and coordination skills
Detail-oriented and data-driven approach
Proficiency in:
MS Excel / Google Sheets
Basic understanding of EHR / digital health platforms
Ability to work independently and in a team
