Responsibilities
- Patient Care: Provide emotional support and clinical care to patients undergoing IVF treatment, including fertility assessments, medication administration, and monitoring.
- IVF Procedures: Assist with IVF procedures, such as egg retrieval, embryo transfer, and semen collection.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with fertility specialists, embryologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Education: Educate patients on treatment options, medication administration, and lifestyle modifications to support fertility.
Requirements
- Education: GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) or ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife) certification, with specialized training in IVF nursing.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in IVF nursing or a related field.
- Skills:
- Clinical Skills: Strong clinical skills, including phlebotomy, medication administration, and patient assessment.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with empathy and compassion.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, with ability to maintain accurate records and follow protocols.
