Duties of a Male Nurse at Project Site
1. First Aid & Emergency Care/Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)
2. Ensure to undergo pre-employment health check-up and issue Fitness Certificate to resume duties.
3. Ensure Close Monitor of employees Medical Leaves
4. To maintain the health records of employees from the boarding to leaving the company.
5. Address medical problems of the employees / workers as well as any occupational health related problems i.e. monitoring hazards, use of PPE, biological
monitoring, etc.
6. Conduct bi-annual health evaluations of the workforce. Electronic Health Record (EHRs) to be maintained for all employees
7. Conduct pre-employment health evaluations
8. Maintain medical health records at the OHC
9. Conduct health & wellness awareness programs & workshops on various topics - lifestyle diseases, prevention on occupational health hazards, and importance
of using PPEs etc
10. Organize a health risk assessment for the site by an Industrial Hygienist
11. Maintain and keep necessary medical equipment in proper condition as per the standards 31051 2
12. Maintain proper hygiene & proper disposal of waste

14. Must ensure the OHC is clean, hygiene and stocked properly with medical supplies.
