Role Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a hospital/clinical setting. The ideal candidate will support physicians, ensure patient safety, and maintain clinical standards while delivering excellent nursing care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including monitoring vitals, administering medications, and assisting with procedures

• Assist doctors during examinations, treatments, and minor procedures

• Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation

• Ensure adherence to hospital policies, infection control, and safety protocols

• Monitor patient condition and report changes to the medical team

• Coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure smooth patient care and handovers

Required Qualifications

• Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) / B.Sc Nursing

• Valid Karnataka Nursing Council (KNC) registration

• 1–3 years of experience in a hospital or clinical environment

• Good knowledge of nursing protocols, patient care standards, and medical terminology
