Role Summary

As a Zypheal’s Home Physiotherapist, you deliver pre-booked, in-home physiotherapy sessions across

sports recovery, orthopedic, neurological, wellness and geriatric care — bringing best-in-quality

rehabilitation directly to the customer, with the backing of a virtual doctor for clinical support.

  Visit standards

• Arrive at the customer's home within the scheduled visit window, in Zypheal uniform, with all required assessment and treatment equipment.

• Conduct an initial assessment and tailor a session plan appropriate to the booked service and the patient's condition.

• Maintain accurate, timely session notes and progress tracking in the Zypheal app for every visit.

• Escalate promptly to the on-call virtual doctor for any case outside your defined scope, or where a patient's condition warrants medical review.

• Educate patients and families on home exercises and safe movement between visits.

● Follow Zypheal’s hygiene and communication protocols

● Plan the service devices required for the bookings and reach the venue with proper

preparedness

How the model works

• Customers pre-book a specific service (e.g., a nursing procedure or a physiotherapy session) through the Zypheal app for a chosen date and time slot.

• Visits are scheduled and batched within your assigned PIN-code zone, so your day's visits are geographically clustered rather than spread across the city.

• A Zypheal virtual doctor is available on-call to support you during a visit — for clinical questions, escalations, or to review a case in real time.

• You represent the Zypheal brand in the customer's home: professionalism, punctuality and a calm, reassuring manner matter as much as clinical competence.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of relevant hands-on clinical work experience (hospital, home care, or clinic setting).

• BPT / MPT (Bachelor's or Master's in Physiotherapy) from a recognized institution.

• Valid state professional council registration and license to practice, in good standing.

• Comfortable working independently at a patient's home without on-site physician supervision, while coordinating with a virtual doctor as needed.

• Strong communication and bedside manner — this is a premium, trust-led brand; every interaction should feel unhurried, careful and personal.

• Willingness to travel within an assigned geo-fenced zone for scheduled home visits.

• Applicants with 2 wheeler will be preferred

• Basic digital literacy — comfortable using a smartphone app for visit schedules, documentation and reporting.

What success looks like

• Consistently high customer satisfaction and measurable patient progress across a treatment

course.

• Zero missed or late visits within your assigned zone.

• Accurate, complete session documentation on every visit.

• Timely, appropriate escalation when a case falls outside scope.

Compensation & Benefits

• Full-time, salaried position with Zypheal (not a per-visit contractor arrangement).
