Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the physical abilities and limitations of children.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that cater to individual needs.
Provide effective therapeutic interventions in both individual and group settings.
Maintain meticulous patient records to track progress and recommend modifications to treatment when necessary.
Communicate effectively with children and their families to ensure understanding and adherence to treatment goals.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including doctors, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, to create an integrated approach to patient care.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay updated with the latest advancements in pediatric rehabilitation.
Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy (BPT) or Master’s in Physiotherapy (MPT) with a specialization in Pediatrics or Neurology preferred.
Proven experience in pediatric physiotherapy or related field is highly desirable.
Strong assessment and treatment planning skills.
Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
Demonstrated compassion, teamwork, punctuality, and goal-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with record-keeping and patient management software.
