Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and patient-focused Patient Care Coordinator & Operations Executive to join our hospital team. This role involves managing patient interactions, coordinating with medical staff, and ensuring smooth day-to-day hospital operations. The ideal candidate should be empathetic, organized, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Care Coordination

• Manage patient queries through calls, emails, and in-person interactions

• Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments

• Assist patients with admission, discharge, and treatment processes

• Maintain and update patient records accurately

• Ensure a seamless and positive patient experience

Hospital Operations

• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff

• Oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency

• Manage patient flow and reduce waiting time

• Support billing, insurance coordination, and documentation

• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and standards

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic understanding of hospital operations (preferred)

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management systems (preferred)

• Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm approach
