Handle patient registration, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups efficiently.
Coordinate patient flow between the reception, optometrists, and doctors.
Manage billing and ensure accurate entry of patient details in the hospital system.
Address patient queries and concerns promptly and ensure patient satisfaction.
Support daily administrative operations and maintain service quality standards.
Coordinate with the clinical and operations teams for smooth functioning of the center.
Education: Graduate or Diploma (preferably in Healthcare, Hospitality, or Administration).
Experience: 0–2 years in patient care, customer service, or hospital front office.
Skills Required:

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, hospital software).
