Personal Care: Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and oral hygiene.
Mobility & Safety: Helping patients move, transfer from bed/wheelchair, and walk safely.
Health Monitoring: Reminding patients to take medications, checking vitals (blood pressure, pulse), and reporting changes in condition.
Daily Living Support: Preparing meals, feeding, light housekeeping, and laundry.
Companionship: Providing emotional support and engaging in activities.
Experience: Previous experience in elderly or patient care is preferred, though some positions are open to freshers.
Soft Skills: A polite, caring, and patient demeanor.
Physical Fitness: Ability to assist with lifting and transferring patients.
Availability: Flexibility for 12/24 hour shifts, including staying at the patient’s home if required.
Communication: Basic knowledge of safety and hygiene procedures.
