Job Description

Urgently Required Job Title: 24-Hour Patient Care Attendant

Job Responsibilities:

Provide continuous 24-hour care and assistance to the patient.
Assist with personal hygiene, bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
Help with feeding, medication reminders, and maintaining prescribed diets.
Monitor the patient's condition and promptly report any changes to family members or healthcare professionals.
Assist with mobility, walking, repositioning, and transferring the patient safely.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the patient's room and surroundings.
Accompany the patient to medical appointments, if required.
Ensure the patient's comfort, safety, and emotional well-being at all times.
Keep basic records of daily activities, food intake, medication, and health observations.
Follow all instructions provided by doctors, nurses, and family members.
Respond promptly to emergencies and seek immediate medical assistance when required.
Maintain confidentiality and treat the patient with dignity and respect.
