Administration: Formulate nursing policies, plan staff deployment, and manage daily hospital reports.
Patient Care Quality: Conduct routine ward rounds, perform nursing audits, and enforce safety and hygiene rules.
Staff Management: Handle hiring, training, scheduling, counseling, and discipline for nursing personnel.
Resource & Budgeting: Prepare budget proposals and oversee medical supplies, ward stocks, and equipment needs.
Liaison: Act as a bridge between the nursing staff and top hospital administration or medical superintendents
Bachelor’s (B.Sc) or Master’s (M.Sc) degree in Nursing.
Licensure: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Experience: Several years of clinical background plus prior experience in a nursing leadership or supervisory role.
Skills: Strong leadership, decision-making, budgeting, and communication skills.
