Location: Mayur Vihar, Delhi
Experience Required: Minimum 5+ Years (Hospital/Nursing Management Experience Mandatory)
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month
Job Type: Full-Time
Duty Timing:
• Morning Shift: 6 Hours
• Evening Shift: 6 Hours
• Night Shift: 12 Hours
• As per hospital administration schedule
Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced Nursing Superintendent to manage nursing staff, ensure high-quality
patient care, and oversee hospital operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage nursing staff
• Ensure high standards of patient care and safety
• Prepare duty rosters and manage staff scheduling
• Maintain hospital policies and compliance
• Coordinate with doctors and administration
• Handle emergency situations and reporting
Requirements:
• Minimum 5+ years experience in hospital/nursing management
• Qualification: B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and decision-making ability
