Nursing Staff

Position: Staff Nurse – B.Sc. Nursing
Department: Nursing / Clinical Services
Location: Bapat Multispeciality Hospital, Dhanori, Pune
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe and compassionate nursing care to patients.

• Monitor and record vital signs and patient condition.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.

• Maintain accurate nursing and patient-care documentation.

• Assist doctors during clinical procedures and examinations.

• Follow infection-control, patient-safety, and hospital protocols.

• Ensure proper handover of patient information between shifts.

• Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare departments.

• Maintain proper nursing records, medication records, and patient charts.

• Respond appropriately to emergency and critical situations.

• Maintain professional behaviour and communication with patients, relatives, doctors, and hospital staff.

• Follow assigned duty timings, shift schedules, and hospital policies.

Eligibility

• B.Sc. Nursing – Completed

• Valid Maharashtra Nursing Council registration/certificate required.

• Relevant hospital experience is mandatory.

• Good communication and clinical skills.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

• Candidates must demonstrate professional conduct and punctuality.

Salary

Up to ₹30,000/- per month, depending on experience, skills, and suitability.
