Job Opening: Full-Time Female Caretaker / Nursing Assistant

Position: Female Caretaker / Nursing Assistant (24x7 Residential)

Location: Kalantri Brothers Private Limited, Near Passport Office, Nashik Road, Nashik

About the Role

We are looking for a compassionate, responsible, and experienced Female Caretaker to provide dedicated care and support to an elderly female patient (Grandmother) at a well-equipped residential home. The selected candidate will stay at the residence and focus solely on the patient's daily care and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide full-time care and assistance to the elderly patient.

• Assist with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and mobility support.

• Monitor health conditions and report any concerns to family members.

• Administer medicines as prescribed by doctors.

• Maintain patient comfort, safety, and cleanliness.

• Assist during doctor visits and medical check-ups, if required.

• Maintain basic records of medicines, meals, and patient care activities.

• Provide companionship and emotional support to the patient.

• Coordinate with family members regarding the patient's daily health status.

Eligibility Criteria

• Female candidates only.

• Graduation in any discipline (Nursing qualification preferred).

• Prior experience in patient care, elderly care, nursing, or caregiving.

• Basic knowledge of healthcare, medication management, and patient hygiene.

• Patient, compassionate, trustworthy, and responsible personality.

• Willingness to stay at the residence and work on a 24x7 residential basis.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance).
