We are looking for a Home Care Nursing to join our team at Hire Nestor Business Solutions to provide quality healthcare services to patients. The day-to-day tasks involve monitoring patient conditions, administering treatments, and assisting doctors in medical procedures. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹30,000.
Key Responsibilities:
Nursing role
Identify patients’ care requirements and assess their health conditions.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Maintain patient’s records and reports.
Educate patients and families on healthcare plans.
Ensure hygiene, safety, and infection control standards.
Prepare patients for examination and perform routine diagnosis checks like monitoring pulse, blood pressure, etc.
Exp in IV,Tracheostomy
CARE TAKER ROLE
Key Responsibilities:
Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Help patients move, walk, or use wheelchairs
Prepare and serve meals according to patient needs
Give medicine reminders as prescribed by doctors
Monitor patient health and report changes to family or medical staff
Maintain cleanliness of the patient’s room and surroundings
Provide emotional support and companionship
Assist with daily exercises if required
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th-Diploma and 0 - 2 years of experience. Problem-solving skills, the ability to multitask, compassionate and good communication skills are a must. Additional certification in relevant fields is a plus.
