🩺 Roles & Responsibilities:
Maintain professional standards of competence in line with current best nursing practices.
Ensure all patient care needs are met according to the prescribed care plan.
Deliver patient care in accordance with company-documented clinical standards.
Accurately record and maintain all information related to patient care or treatment.
Communicate promptly and professionally with referring clinicians.
Coordinate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care delivery.
Conduct basic assessments and vital monitoring to identify any emergency intervention needs.
Maintain hygiene and nutritional requirements of patients.
Assist in ambulation, mobilization, and range-of-motion (ROM) exercises.
Prioritize nursing care for critically ill patients based on their needs.
Provide psychological support and engage in diversion therapy for patient comfort.
Manage oxygen therapy including BI-PAP/CPAP, tracheostomy care, and nasal cannula/face mask use.
Perform various nursing procedures — steam inhalation, nebulization, suction (oral/nasal/ET), catheterization, Ryle’s tube insertion, and basic life support (BLS).
Administer medications via oral, subcutaneous (SC), intravenous (IV), intramuscular (IM) routes, and manage IV fluids and cannulation.
Conduct advanced assessments and preventive care, including infection control measures (CAUTI, CLABSI, SSI).
Provide specialized care such as:
Chemo port and PICC line dressing
Colostomy and urostomy management
Dialysis patient care
Syringe pump medication administration
GCS and CVP monitoring
Pain management and bed sore care
Ventilator case management
Handling emergency drugs, high-alert medication, and end-of-life care
