• We are looking for a compassionate and proactive Telecaller – IVF & Customer Support to handle patient inquiries, provide treatment-related information, and coordinate appointments. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to support patients throughout their IVF consultation journey. Candidates with or without experience in the healthcare/IVF sector are welcome to apply.
• Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to individuals who have shown interest in IVF or fertility services.
• Handle inbound patient inquiries related to treatments, appointments, and procedures.
• Provide clear and empathetic communication to patients regarding IVF services.
• Counsel potential patients on the basic process and guide them through initial steps.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments with doctors/clinics.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update CRM systems regularly.
• Follow up with patients to ensure they attend consultations and receive required information.
• Assist the patient relationship team in supporting patient onboarding.
• Achieve daily call targets and maintain high-quality customer service standards.
• Required Skills & Qualifications
• 1–2 years of telecalling or customer support experience (Freshers with good communication skills can apply).
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathetic, patient-friendly attitude—comfortable discussing sensitive health topics.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Ability to multitask and handle patient queries professionally.
• Preferably experience in healthcare, hospitals, clinics, or IVF centers (not mandatory).
