Position: Home Health Caregiver (On Payroll)

Openings: 350 positions per month
Employment Type: Full-time | On Payroll

Role Overview

Company is seeking Home Health Caregivers to deliver non-medical personal care and daily living support to elderly and dependent patients at their residences. The role requires professionalism, empathy, and adherence to care protocols.

Training & on boarding

·   Mandatory interview and 6-day structured training program(free)

·   Certification upon successful completion of training

·   Payroll activation post on boarding

Key Responsibilities (covered in Training)

·   Monitor and record vital signs including blood pressure, temperature, oxygen saturation, and blood glucose levels

·   Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, toileting, grooming, diaper changing, and mobility support

·   Maintain patient hygiene and cleanliness of the immediate living environment

·   Prepare light meals and assist with feeding as required

·   Administer medications strictly as instructed by the patient’s family

·   Maintain input/output records for patients using urine bags

·   Assist with oxygen support, nebulization, and steam therapy when required

·   Provide companionship and emotional support to patients

Eligibility Criteria

·   Age: 20 to 45 years

·   Education: Minimum 8th standard pass

·   Experience: Minimum 6 months in home healthcare

·   Ability to manage bedridden patients

·   Valid vaccination certificate (mandatory)

·   Willingness to travel up to 1–1.5 hours from residence

Compensation

·   12-hour duty: ₹18,000 per month

·   24-hour availability duty: ₹22,000 – ₹24,000 per month

·   Two weekly leaves per month

·   Salary credited after completion of 15 working days

·   Advance salary is not applicable

·   Passport-size photographs

Code of Conduct

·   Mandatory use of assigned uniform and identity card

·   Adherence to duty schedules and punctuality norms

·   Proper shift handover and record maintenance

·   Attendance marking through the designated application
