We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Ayurvedic Doctor to join our medical team. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical knowledge, good patient communication skills, and an understanding of OPD/IPD management, Ayurvedic diagnosis, and treatment protocols.
Conduct OPD consultations and maintain patient records accurately.
Diagnose diseases based on Ayurvedic principles and clinical evaluation.
Prepare STG-based treatment plans (Shamana, Shodhana, Panchakarma).
Manage IPD patients, daily rounds, and treatment supervision.
Prescribe medicines, therapies, and lifestyle modifications as per Ayurvedic standards.
Advise relevant laboratory tests when required.
Evaluate patients for Panchakarma suitability (Poorvakarma, Pradhankarma, Paschatkarma).
Prepare treatment protocols for Vamana, Virechana, Basti, Nasya, Raktamokshan.
Monitor daily progress and document therapy outcomes.
Prepare OPD/IPD files, discharge summaries, and treatment notes.
Maintain medical records according to hospital & statutory guidelines.
Ensure adherence to NABH standards (if applicable).
Educate patients on diet, lifestyle, and preventive Ayurveda.
Explain treatment procedures, therapy purpose, and safety guidelines.
Provide long-term care plan for chronic patients.
Coordinate with nurses, therapists, and administrative staff.
Participate in clinical meetings and quality improvement activities.
Support hospital health camps, awareness programs, and community outreach.
Maintain strict patient confidentiality.
Provide compassionate, safe, and ethical care.
Follow hospital policies and clinical protocols.
BAMS degree from a recognized university (MD Ayurveda preferred but not mandatory).
Valid registration with Ayurvedic Medical Council.
Strong knowledge of classical texts and modern clinical practices.
Ability to handle OPD/IPD independently.
