Job Description: Clinical Assistant

Location: The Physio Clinic, Rohini sec 14

Position Overview

The Physio Clinic is looking for a dedicated and organized Clinical Assistant to support daily clinic operations and assist physiotherapists in delivering quality patient care. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a patient-friendly attitude, and the ability to manage administrative and clinical support tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist physiotherapists during patient sessions and treatment procedures

• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards

• Manage patient appointments, registrations, and follow-ups

• Maintain patient records and clinic documentation accurately

• Handle phone calls, inquiries, and front desk coordination

• Support patients with basic guidance before and after therapy sessions

• Ensure therapy equipment is organized and functioning properly

• Coordinate billing and payment records when required

• Assist in stock management of clinic supplies and materials

Working Hours

• Full-time position

• Flexible shifts as per clinic requirements
