Job description- Clinic Manager

• Ensure the clinic is clean and ready for operations before opening each day. Personally inspect all clinic areas and direct housekeeping staff if any area requires cleaning. Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards as per clinic protocols.

• Monitor inventory of Products, consumables, and clinic supplies. Raise stock replenishment requests by email to Logistics, Accounts Team, Clinic In-Charge and GM. Maintain updated stock records and perform regular physical checks.

• Approve any clinic-related purchases only after prior approval from GM. Ensure all expenses are supported by vouchers/invoices, and submitted to Accounts. Maintain petty cash at ₹500/- and send daily petty cash reports with supporting bills/invoices. Clearly mention expense details in the petty cash report.

• Ensure accurate billing for all patient services and product sales. No sales should be done on credit under any circumstance. Deposit previous day's cash the following day and share the deposit slip and total sale amount in the Clinic Sales WhatsApp Group. Keep clear records of all transactions and billing activities.

• Update patient data, billing details, and treatment information daily in the ZOHO CRM application. Share invoice and payment details on the same day in the Clinic Sales WhatsApp Group.

• Act as the point of contact for all operations-related activities. Coordinate with the GM for any new assignments, changes, or clinic activities. Notify GM in advance for any events, special arrangements, or new activities to ensure readiness.

• Supervise the daily workflow and ensure smooth functioning of all clinic services. Maintain adherence to protocols and company policies. Oversee appointment scheduling, reduce patient wait times, and manage patient flow efficiently. Ensure front-desk and reception services meet professional standards.

• Support to doctors. Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and adherence to shift schedules. Promote a professional and disciplined work environment. Attend team meetings and encourage ongoing training and development. Contribute toward meeting the monthly clinic sales targets.

• Ensure top-quality patient service and care. Address patient concerns, feedback, and queries courteously and promptly. Guide patients on treatment plans, payment process, and home remedies. Educate patients (with doctors' support) about the Neo-Ayurveda philosophy and lifestyle practices.

• Maintain all patient records, consultation data, inventory logs, and sales documentation accurately. Send daily, weekly, and monthly reports (including sales, stock, and accounts) to MD mam, GM and Clinic In-Charge. Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and health regulations.

Location : Nagarbhavi –Bangalore

Salary : 15000/-

Timings : 10am to 6:30pm

Working days : Monday to Saturday
