About the Role
We are looking for a warm, organized, and proactive Clinic Assistant to join our growing dental clinic in Bengaluru. You will be the first point of contact for our patients and will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day clinic operations. If you enjoy working with people, have good communication skills in Kannada and Hindi, and are comfortable with basic English, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Interaction & Front Desk
Welcome patients and visitors warmly at the reception
Register new patients and update existing patient records accurately
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
Answer phone calls and respond to patient queries in Kannada, Hindi, or English
Explain basic clinic procedures, timings, and fees to patients
Clinic Support & Coordination
Assist the dentist and dental team during patient consultations as needed
Ensure the reception area, waiting room, and common areas are clean and presentable
Manage inventory of stationery and non-clinical supplies; report shortages
Handle basic billing, collect payments, and issue receipts
Maintain patient files and clinical records in both physical and digital formats
Administrative Duties
Coordinate with dental suppliers and vendors for routine orders
Manage daily appointment sheets and doctor schedules
Follow up with patients for upcoming appointments and post-treatment calls
Assist in maintaining compliance with clinic hygiene and safety protocols
Required Qualifications
Minimum qualification: PUC (10+2) or equivalent; a degree or diploma is an advantage
Good working knowledge of Hindi (spoken)
Basic proficiency in English for written communication and records
Comfortable using a computer — MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic data entry
Prior experience in a hospital, clinic, or customer-facing role is preferred but not required

What We Offer
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)
