Caretaker

We are looking for a caring, responsible, and trustworthy Care Taker to provide personal care and day-to-day assistance to an elderly person at home. The candidate should be patient, respectful, and experienced in handling the needs of senior citizens.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day personal care and assistance to the elderly person.

• Help with walking, mobility, and movement around the house.

• Serve meals and assist with feeding, if required.

• Ensure medicines are taken on time as prescribed.

• Monitor general health, food intake, medication, and daily activities.

• Accompany the elderly person for doctor visits, medical appointments, or outdoor activities when required.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the elderly person's room and personal belongings.

• Provide companionship and engage the elderly person in conversations and light activities.

• Handle basic household tasks related to the elderly person's care.

• Immediately inform the family about any health concerns, unusual symptoms, or emergencies.

• Maintain a safe, comfortable, and positive environment for the elderly person.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Elderly Caretaker, Patient Caretaker, Nurse Assistant, or similar role is preferred.

• Should be caring, patient, trustworthy, and responsible.

• Good communication skills.

• Should be physically fit and able to assist with mobility.

• Basic understanding of medicines and healthcare requirements.

• Experience in handling senior citizens is an advantage.

• Candidates from Vadodara or nearby areas are preferred.
