Job Description: Caregiver

Location: Klay Preschool and Day Care
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹19,000 CTC per month

About the Role

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Klay Preschool and Day Care. The caregiver will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, well-being, and holistic development of young children in our care.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities.

• Ensure a safe, nurturing, and hygienic environment at all times.

• Assist children with daily routines such as meals, rest, and personal hygiene.

• Support teachers in classroom management and activity preparation.

• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.

• Observe and report any concerns regarding child development or behavior.

Qualifications & Skills

• Prior experience in childcare, preschool, or daycare settings is an advantage.

• Warm, patient, and empathetic personality with strong communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

• Commitment to child safety and development.
