We are seeking a baby care to provide full-time residential support for children in a nurturing home environment. The ideal candidate will live on-site and be available 24/7, ensuring the highest level of care, safety, and emotional support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive care to children, including feeding, bathing, dressing, and maintaining hygiene.

• Engage children in age-appropriate educational and recreational activities.

• Create a safe, loving, and stimulating environment.

• Assist with homework, reading, and creative play.

• Monitor children’s health and well-being, reporting concerns promptly.

• Maintain routines and discipline with kindness and patience.

• Support household tasks related to childcare (meal preparation, tidying play areas, laundry for children).

Requirements

• Male candidate only

• Age: Below 35 years

• Proven experience in childcare or nanny services.

• Compassionate, patient, and trustworthy personality.

• Ability to commit to a residential, 24/7 role.

• Strong communication skills and ability to bond with children.

• Basic knowledge of first aid preferred.

Compensation

• Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month

• Accommodation and meals provided.
