This is a dignified, high-stakes role for a female professional who transcends the traditional scope of household help. We are seeking a sophisticated mentor, friend, and companion to shape a child’s formative years within a premier residential environment.

Role​:

You will be more than a guardian; you will be a pivotal figure in a child’s life—balancing the role of a caretaker, trusted educator and a lifelong companion. This is a position of high respect, designed for someone who values character-building and intellectual growth.

Key Responsibilities​:

• Holistic Mentorship: Guide the child’s social, emotional, and academic development.

• ​Daily Stewardship: Manage all aspects of the child’s routine with precision and care.

• ​Skill Integration: Utilise your background in Maths, Liberal Arts, or Vocal Skills to enrich the child’s daily learning.

• ​Travel Companion: Accompany the family on international travels to ensure continuity of care and companionship. Passport is required.

Requirements:

• ​Gender: Female

• Experience: Proven track record in high-end household management or elite childcare.

• ​Education: Strong foundation in Mathematics and Liberal Arts; teaching experience is highly valued.

• ​Skills: Vocational training is a major plus.

• Driving skills are preferred.

• ​Certifications: Professional certifications in childcare, early childhood care and skill development, or first aid are advantageous.

Compensation & Benefits​:

• Monthly Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹45,000 (Based on experience).

• ​Incentives: Up to ₹5,000 monthly performance-based bonus.

• ​Living: Full accommodation provided within a high-end residence for Residency programs.

• ​Security: Health Insurance cover, PF (Provident Fund), and ESI.

• ​Perks: At least one international trip per year with the family. Investment Portfolio on behalf of the company.

• ​Schedule: 6 days a week.
