We are looking for an Service engineer to join our team at Dentalkart. The tasks will include installing, maintaining, and repairing Electrical Dental Instruments. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹25000 and growth opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Repair:

   • Diagnose and repair faulty dental equipment, replacing damaged parts or components as needed.

   • Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment.

   • Provide remote or on-site technical assistance as needed.

2. Demonstration:

   • Delivering demonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on safe and effective equipment use

   • Providing videos samples if customer not able to use devices.

   • Educate customers on proper equipment usage and maintenance.

3. Collaboration with Customer Support:

   • Work closely with customer support teams to ensure seamless service processing.

   • Participate in weekly meetings to discuss service related issues.

4. Documentation:

   • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all service activities, including troubleshooting steps, repairs made, and customer interactions.

   • Inventory monitoring. And reordering materials as needed

Experience:

• Experience working in a dental or medical equipment repair and maintenance role is preferred.

Education:

• ITI graduate or having medical devices service experience                                

• Minimum: Graduation in a relevant field.                                                            

• Certification in dental equipment repair or maintenance can be beneficial.
