Job Summary

We are a leading Aerial Work Platform (AWP) rental company based in Chennai, looking for

Boom Lift Operators to join our growing team. Freshers are welcome, and training will be

provided.

Salary

• Starting from ₹19,500/- Gross per month

• Salary by 10th of every month.

• Depending upon the prior experience, salary and perks can go up to Rs. 30000/-

• Career growth: Trainee operator to senior operator, supervisor, service technician.

• Overtime hours allowed as per the customer permitted extra working hours.

• Standard working hours – 9+1 hours

Key Responsibilities

• Operate boom lifts and other AWP equipment safely at project sites

• Follow all safety guidelines and operational procedures

• Perform basic equipment checks before and after use

• Coordinate with site supervisors for smooth operations

• Ensure proper cleaning, handling and maintenance of machines

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: 10th standard or above

• Valid original driving license is mandatory

• Aadhar Card, Bank Account and Pan Card are must.

• Basic understanding of equipment operation (training provided for freshers)

• Willingness to work across different project locations

• Responsible, disciplined, and safety-focused attitude

• Minimum commitment – 6 months
