Key Responsibilities:
Installation and commissioning of life science equipment at customer sites
Handling IQ/OQ documentation and supporting GMP compliance
Performing routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs
Calibration of instruments as per standards
Providing product demonstrations and end-user training
Attending customer complaints and resolving issues on-site
Supporting AMC and spare parts revenue generation
Maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring service satisfaction
Requirements:
BE / Diploma in Electronics & Telecommunication or related field
0–2 years of experience (freshers with strong technical knowledge can be considered)
Must be based in Hyderabad and willing to travel within the city
Good communication and customer-handling skills
Willingness to undergo training in Delhi
