Job Description: Field Service Engineer – Inverter & Battery

Location:- Manglore ,Kottayam, Malappuram, Pathanamthitta, ERNAKULAM, KASARGOD Pudukkottai, Pudukkottai Chennai Namakkal Nagapattinam, Thanjavur, Tiruvarur.

Experience: 2–4 years

Industry: Solar / Power / Inverter & Battery Systems

Key Responsibilities:

Service, and maintain inverter & battery systems at customer sites.

Diagnose technical issues and perform repairs, replacements, and testing.

Conduct preventive maintenance visits and ensure optimal system performance.

Handle customer complaints and provide effective technical support.

Prepare service reports, documentation, and maintain records of site visits.

Coordinate with operations and support teams for spare parts and escalations.

Ensure safety compliance and follow company service standards.

Skills & Requirements:

ITI / Diploma (Electrical, Electronics).

Strong knowledge of inverter systems, batteries, wiring, and load management.

Ability to troubleshoot electrical circuits and components.

Willing to travel for field service across assigned areas.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Salary: As per industry standards
