मैकेनिक सर्विस इंजीनियर

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, fuel system, electrical, and operational issues in fogging machines.

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and servicing of equipment.

• Conduct machine installations, demonstrations, and commissioning at customer sites.

• Attend service calls and provide timely technical support to customers and dealers.

• Maintain service records, inspection reports, and spare parts usage details.

• Train customers and operators on the proper operation and maintenance of machines.

• Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Identify recurring technical issues and recommend corrective actions.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures during service activities.

Qualification & Experience:

• ITI/Diploma in Diesel Mechanic, Automobile, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience in servicing diesel engines, pumps, agricultural equipment, generators, or similar machinery.

• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting will be an added advantage.

• Ability to travel extensively for field service assignments.

• 3-6 years of experience.

• Freshers can also apply.

• Ready to do the field work (for repairs & demonstrations) whenever required. PAN India.

Skills Required:

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

• Hands-on mechanical repair and maintenance experience.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage field service assignments efficiently.
