Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Burner Technician / Service Technician who has strong hands-on knowledge and can independently manage burner installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, commission, and start up industrial burners at site

Perform burner tuning to achieve optimal and safe combustion

Handle preventive maintenance, routine servicing, and breakdown repairs

Troubleshoot issues related to ignition, flame failure, pressure, motors, valves, and control panels

Work on gas trains, safety shut-off valves, flame scanners, solenoid valves, and actuators

Ensure compliance with safety norms and company procedures

Support customers during emergency breakdowns and shutdowns

Prepare detailed service reports, checklists, and site visit records

Train customer operators on basic burner operation and safety practices

Coordinate with internal service and technical teams for complex issues

Required Qualifications:

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related technical discipline

Required Skills & Competencies:

Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience with industrial burners

Practical knowledge of gas, oil, and dual-fuel burners

Understanding of combustion principles and burner safety systems

Ability to read electrical diagrams and technical manuals

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Willingness to travel extensively for site service

Experience:

2–3 years (Mandatory)
