Job Purpose

To provide on-site technical service, installation, and maintenance of company equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction and minimal downtime.

Eligibility Criteria

Gender: Male

Age: Up to 30 Years

Salary & Perks

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Perks: Travel Allowance, Food Allowance, ESIC & Life Insurance, Incentives on After Market Sales

Job Location & Nature

Location: All Bihar – Regions

Nature: 100% Field Role with frequent client visits

Qualification & Experience

Qualification: I.T.I. / Diploma / B. Tech (Mechanical or Electrical)

Experience: 0-3 years of experience in service/maintenance

Key Responsibilities

 Provide on-site installation, servicing, and maintenance

 Diagnose and repair mechanical/electrical issues

 Handle customer queries and ensure quick resolution

 Maintain service reports and documentation

 Coordinate with internal teams for issue escalation

Skills & Competencies

 Basic knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems

 Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

 Good communication and customer-handling ability

 Ability to work independently in field conditions

 Time management and reporting discipline

Mandatory Requirements

 Valid Driving License (DL)

 Own two-wheeler (bike/scooter)

 Willingness for 100% field travel across Bihar

 Physically fit for field/service work

 Basic local language proficiency

 No immediate plans for further education
