Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Service & Application Engineer (Medical Devices) for a desk-based role to support our medical device operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling technical support, application guidance, and coordination with field teams and customers, ensuring smooth functioning of services for critical care products.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide remote troubleshooting and technical assistance to customers and field engineers
Handle service-related queries via phone, email, or online platforms
Maintain and update service records, complaint logs, and resolution reports
Coordinate with service engineers for on-site visits and issue resolution
Guide healthcare professionals on product usage, features, and troubleshooting
Assist in virtual product demonstrations and training sessions
Support sales and service teams with product-related information
Prepare training materials, user manuals, and SOPs
Act as a bridge between customers, sales, and service teams
Track pending service cases and ensure timely closure
Maintain proper documentation for audits and internal records
Support in tender documentation and technical specifications (if required)
Key Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma/ITI in Biomedical Engineering, or related field
1–5 years of experience in medical devices (service/application support preferred)
Strong communication and coordination skills
Good technical understanding and problem-solving ability
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
