Salary: - 25K To 30K CTC

Job Description: Electroplating Technician (Tin Plating)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Electroplating Technician with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our

production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the tin-plating process on various

metal sheets, ensuring high-quality finishes and adherence to technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities:-

Process Management: Set up and operate electroplating equipment to coat metal sheets with tin.

Chemical Maintenance: Monitor and maintain plating tanks, including adjusting chemical concentrations,

temperature, and pH levels.

Surface Preparation: Oversee pre-treatment processes such as degreasing, pickling, and rinsing to ensure

the base metal is ready for plating.

Quality Control: Conduct visual inspections and use thickness gauges to ensure the tin coating meets

industry standards and client blueprints.

Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of anodes, cathodes, and

filtration systems.

Safety & Compliance: Strictly follow safety protocols regarding hazardous chemicals and wastewater

disposal.
