Service Technician – Job Description
Follow up service requests through the application or dashboard based on location.
Engineers/ Technician must visit the customer’s remote location or dealer point as assigned.
Inspect the issue, complete the repair process, and submit the service report with the customer’s signature.
Inform and update the reporting manager regarding Stepney equipment before initiating the service process.
Visit high due-payment customers at their location, check and resolve their issues to ensure smooth continuation of service operations.
