The role involves greeting customers, understanding service requirements, preparing job cards, coordinating with technicians, providing repair estimates, updating customers on service progress, and ensuring timely vehicle delivery. Candidates should have a Diploma/ITI in Automobile Engineering or relevant experience in an automobile workshop. Strong communication, customer handling, technical knowledge of two-wheelers, and basic computer skills are essential. Prior experience in a Hero MotoCorp or two-wheeler dealership is preferred.
