Key Responsibilities:

• Repair, servicing and preventive maintenance of Diesel & Electric Forklifts.

• Diagnose and repair diesel engine, transmission, clutch, brakes, steering and suspension systems.

• Troubleshoot electric forklift battery, charger, motor, controller, wiring and electrical systems.

• Repair and maintain hydraulic system, mast, cylinder, chains and lifting mechanism.

• Conduct regular machine inspection and preventive maintenance.

• Identify spare-parts requirements and coordinate with the service team.

• Maintain service reports and breakdown records.

• Follow safety procedures and company maintenance SOPs.

Preferred Candidate:

• Forklift Mechanic experience will be preferred.

• Car/Automobile Mechanic experience can also be considered if the candidate has good knowledge of diesel engine, mechanical systems and basic electrical troubleshooting.

• Candidates with experience in both Diesel and Electric Forklift maintenance will be preferred.

• Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.

• डिझेल व इलेक्ट्रिक फोर्कलिफ्टची सर्व्हिसिंग, रिपेअरिंग व Preventive Maintenance करणे.

• डिझेल इंजिन, क्लच, गिअरबॉक्स, ब्रेक, स्टिअरिंग व सस्पेन्शनची दुरुस्ती करणे.

• इलेक्ट्रिक फोर्कलिफ्टमधील बॅटरी, चार्जर, मोटर, कंट्रोलर, वायरिंग व इलेक्ट्रिकल सिस्टीम तपासणे व दुरुस्त करणे.

• हायड्रॉलिक सिस्टीम, मस्त, सिलेंडर, चेन व लिफ्टिंग सिस्टीमची देखभाल करणे.

• फोर्कलिफ्टची नियमित तपासणी करून तांत्रिक समस्या ओळखणे.

• आवश्यक Spare Parts ची माहिती देणे.

• सर्व्हिस व ब्रेकडाउन रिपोर्ट तयार करणे.

• कंपनीच्या Safety Rules व Maintenance SOP चे पालन करणे.

उमेदवारासाठी प्राधान्य:

• फोर्कलिफ्ट मेकॅनिकचा अनुभव असलेल्या उमेदवारांना प्राधान्य.

• कार मेकॅनिक / ऑटोमोबाईल मेकॅनिकचा अनुभव असलेले उमेदवार देखील चालतील.

• डिझेल इंजिन, मेकॅनिकल सिस्टम आणि बेसिक इलेक्ट्रिकल ट्रबलशूटिंगचे ज्ञान आवश्यक.

• डिझेल व इलेक्ट्रिक फोर्कलिफ्ट दोन्हीमध्ये कामाचा अनुभव असलेल्या उमेदवारांना प्राधान्य.

• ग्राहकांच्या साइटवर काम करण्याची व आवश्यकतेनुसार प्रवास करण्याची तयारी असावी.
