We are hiring intern for Diploma / Graduate students 2024-25 from the following streams:

• Electrical

• Civil

• Electronics

• B.com

• BCA

Hiring Criteria & Selection Process

• Selected students will be engaged for a 3-month internship.

• Upon successful completion of the internship, the students’ skills and knowledge will be reviewed.

• Based on performance, shortlisted candidates will be offered an opportunity to join Boond Solar on a permanent basis.

• Solar Design

• Site Operations & Maintenance (O&M)

During the internship, you will be paid a fixed amount of Rs. 6000/- per month to defray your food and conveyance expenses. Your training schedule shall be provided upon your joining. You shall arrange your own laptop. On successful completion of the internship, you will be awarded a certificate. Please note that this program is basically for the purpose of providing you a practical experience on the job. However, Management on its sole discretion, may either release you with an experience certificate or offer you a permanent position in the Company. If they are offered for a permanent employee in this case company will decide salary according to the position.  Please submit self-attested photocopies of the following documents at the time of joining:
