In this role, you will make sure that machines, engines and mechanical systems work properly and run smoothly. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹35,000 and growth opportunities.

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kakinada for a Team Leader. The Team Leader will oversee daily operations, manage and guide team members to meet performance targets, and ensure smooth coordination across departments. Responsibilities include setting clear goals, tracking progress, resolving team challenges, maintaining communication with management, and providing performance feedback to employees.

Qualifications

Team leadership, team coordination, and conflict resolution skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities

Familiarity with logistics or transportation operations is an advantage
