· Role & Responsibilities

Resolution of customer complaints

· Adherence of centre SOP

· Monitoring and Reporting market trends

· Handling Customer queries regarding glass fitting

· Fixing / Replacing Car Glass or Glass Fitting

· Maintaining store hygiene

· Removing damaged glass, moulds, seals and trim from window frames in vehicles.

· Installing and fitting glass (either pre-shaped or cut with a template) according to manufacturers instructions.

· Undertaking safety assurance measures to ensure windscreen, side and rear glass is safe and secure.

Qualification

· Ability to work under pressure and handle customer complaints professionally

· ITI or Diploma equivalent

· 0 to 2years Experience in the automotive industry or service industry is preferred
