echnician – Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair vehicles as per manufacturer standards and company procedures.
Perform regular servicing, maintenance, and preventive maintenance of vehicles.
Identify mechanical, electrical, and technical issues using appropriate diagnostic equipment.
Carry out repairs related to engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, steering, AC, and other vehicle systems.
Conduct vehicle inspections and identify additional repair requirements.
Use diagnostic tools and equipment effectively to identify faults.
Ensure all repair work is completed accurately and within the given time.
Follow OEM safety standards, SOPs, and workshop procedures.
Maintain proper care of tools, equipment, and workshop facilities.
Ensure vehicles are handled safely and returned in proper condition.
Coordinate with Service Advisors regarding vehicle diagnosis, repair status, and additional requirements.
Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the work station.
Complete job cards and technical documentation accurately.
Follow quality standards and ensure minimum repeat repairs.
Attend training programs and stay updated on new vehicle technologies and repair methods.
