## Job Title: Car Mechanic
## Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Car Mechanic to join our team. As a Car Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing problems with cars, trucks, and other vehicles. You will work with a variety of tools and equipment to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections.

## Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair problems with vehicles, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements
- Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and recommend repairs
- Use a variety of tools and equipment, including diagnostic scanners, air compressors, and welding equipment
- Work with customers to understand their vehicle problems and provide estimates for repairs
- Collaborate with other mechanics and technicians to complete repairs and maintenance tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tools and equipment

## Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; certification as a mechanic (ASE) preferred
- 2+ years of experience as a car mechanic
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment

## Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in a variety of environments, including indoor and outdoor settings
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines
